RETURNS POLICY – online sales
It happens! Did your parcel arrive damaged? Not what you ordered? It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase, and we will work with you to sort out the problem.
Before requesting a return, please note the following:-
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If you have received an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered; or an item that does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact our team:

Booktique will either refund the purchase price, or replace the items in question.
Your return request will need to be forwarded within 14 days of receipt of the items, with proof of damage or fault, and proof of purchase.
Change of mind
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not obliged to provide a refund or exchange for items due to change of mind. But we can be reasonable too! If you wish to submit a request on ‘change of mind’ grounds, please email us at: books@booktique.com.au or hello@booktiquealbury.com.au and we will evaluate your claim. If a successful claim has been accepted, please note that return postage will be at your expense, and the goods being returned to us must be in as-new, saleable condition.
